Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nexora IT Tech website and, where applicable, the general basis on which we provide services. If you enter a separate written agreement with us (such as a statement of work or managed services agreement), that agreement will take precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access non-public areas without authorization, or use the site to transmit malicious code.
2. Information accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, content is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current developments. You should not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
3. Enquiries and proposals
If you contact us, we may respond with questions, an indicative scope, or a proposal. Proposals are non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables may change based on discovery and confirmed requirements.
4. Service delivery
For paid services, we will agree deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities in writing. Client cooperation is required, including timely access to systems, accurate information, and designated points of contact. Where work depends on third-party providers, we are not responsible for those providers' outages or policy changes.
5. Acceptable use and compliance
You agree not to use our services or deliverables to support illegal activity, harmful content, or unauthorized access to systems. We may decline or terminate work where we reasonably believe the engagement would violate applicable law or present undue security or compliance risk.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and original materials are owned by Nexora IT Tech or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. For project work, ownership and licensing of deliverables will be defined in the relevant agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, we may reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques developed during delivery.
7. Confidentiality
If we exchange confidential information, both parties agree to protect it and use it only for the engagement purpose. Specific confidentiality terms may be expanded in a separate NDA or service agreement.
8. Security and client responsibilities
We follow security-conscious practices; however, the security of a system depends on many factors, including client configuration choices, third-party dependencies, and user behaviour. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate administrative controls, including user access reviews and secure credential handling.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, Nexora IT Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Any liability relating to paid services will be governed by the relevant written agreement.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact Nexora IT Tech at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom, call +44 20 7946 0517, or email [email protected].
